The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac area surrounded by nature and wild life such as monkeys, peacocks, squirrels and a variety of birds. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach at Coconut Tree Hill view point and 10 minutes walk to the world famous Mirissa paradise beach. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but minutes walking to the beach and all amenities. A grocery shop and a local fruit stall just at just 3 minutes walking distance. The Standard three bedroom villa apartment is at the upper floor and accessible by a separate entrance staircase outside. There is a small lobby and a balcony. A fridge is in the lobby. Kitchenette is at downstairs outside with a seating area. All three rooms with air conditioning. This apartment has one bathroom with a hot water shower. Two Bedroom Villa apartment with a garden view is at the ground level with a living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with a hot water shower. A separate entrance at the front. The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove and a electric kettle. All bedrooms have extra wide beds, air conditioning and fans. Outdoor seating and table facilities. Internet WIFI is available but fair usage policy applies. For long stay guests, fresh towels will be exchanged at the mid week. All bed linen and towels will then be changed at the end of week with full cleaning of the rooms. Towels are not allowed to take to the beach, the guests are kindly requested to take their owned towels to beach. Any missing, damaged or stained towels will be charged Rs. 4000 per towel for replacement cost. Guests are kindly requested to donate for any damages to the items in the property to replace to its original condition for the use of next guests.

A person will be arranged to handover the keys, general housekeeping and take care of needs of the guests. The guests love the place because it is surrounded by the nature and variety of birds, peacocks, squirrels and sometimes monkeys that provide a eco-friendly environment and relaxation. I do everything to make the guests stay pleasant. Recently the property has been renovated to accept the guests for the coming season.
