The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac area surrounded by nature and wild life such as monkeys, peacocks, squirrels and a variety of birds. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach at Coconut Tree Hill view point and 10 minutes walk to the world famous Mirissa paradise beach. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but minutes walking to the beach and all amenities. A grocery shop and a local fruit stall just at just 3 minutes walking distance. The villa has; Three Bedroom Villa: 3 Double bedroom suite with a toilet in first floor. A separate entrance by stairs. There is a small lobby and a balcony. A fridge is in the lobby. Kitchenette is at downstairs outside with a seating area. Two Bedroom Villa: 2 Double bedrooms suite in ground floor with a living/dining area, kitchen and a toilet. A separate entrance. Hot water showers. All bedrooms have extra wide beds, air conditioning and fans. Outdoor seating and table facilities. Fibre optic fast internet WIFI is available free up to 1gb data allowance per day per booking for light internet surfing. If guests need extra data for business usage, on-line streaming, photo/video uploads/downloads, youtube etc then they can request to add more data which the owner can buy from Telecom. Extra data will cost 0.50 USD per 1 gb. Any data use over 1gb per day will kindly ask guests to pay. Data usage will be monitored from the Telecome App. For long stay guests, fresh towels will be provided at the mid week and end of the week. Bed linen will be changed weekly with complete room cleaning. All common areas of the villa will be cleaned daily. Any fresh towels can be provided out of these days for a charge of Rs.200 per towel. Towels are not allowed to take to the beach. Any missing, damaged or stained towels will be charged Rs. 4000 per towel to replace. Guests are kindly requested to donate for any damages to the items in the property to replace to its original condition for the use of next guests.
