KAIA is a duo of private bungalows situated in lush garden on the south coast of Sri Lanka. Located in very central yet tranquil area of Ahangama, it is 12 min walking or 3 min ride from beach, surfing spots, cafes, bars, restaurants and co-working spaces. KAIA is designed to perfectly accommodate longer stays. Spacious bungalows come with an en-suite bathroom w. hot water, AC, mosquito net, fan and kettle. Beds are king size, with good mattresses, plenty of pillows and cozy blanket. Closet area with cane boxes enables practicable storage of your belongings. Desk and WiFi will enable you to work from the comfort of your room. Fully equipped kitchen with drinking water, fridge, stove and dining area is daily maintained by us and shared by max. 4 guests. Beautiful garden with loads of exotic fruit and palm trees and flowers provides plenty of room to relax, exercise, work or create. Bean bags, day bed, outside dining area, bonfire place, outdoor shower, surf rack, all is ready for you to come and enjoy. Already on your way?:)

It is a very quiet and green neighbourhood with family houses and a surf camp hotel around. It is walking distance to the town centre, to shopping, restaurants and cafes as well as beach and temple.
