Cosy appartment that has a great 360 degree view of colombo city , harbour , and wetland Park and other interesting locations. It is much larger than a standard appartment at 2400sqft (double the size of most appartments!) , it was made with a family stay in mind so is very cosy. The area is Extremely quiet and peaceful , Lots of little birds in the gardens surrounding , so its great if you like birdwatching.
It is a quiet residential area, so is very peaceful and safe. There are wonderful locations relatively close such as the Wetland Park and budhist temple if you want to take a walk around. Supermarkets and Restaurants are vey close-by walk
