Airconditioned studio with one queen bed, living room, kitchenet & bathroom with hot water. Like an apartment built in the lower Grond Floor of 3 storied building. 2 can sleep comfortably on queen bed with high quality linen and four pillows. Separate entrance & lockable gate. Free parking on street in safer neighbourhood Views of palm trees from 3 windows. Two patios outside front & back doors Cutlery, pots/pants, induction cooker, fridge, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle and toaster available Air conditioned and two ceiling fans in sleeping and living areas. Queen bed with high quality linen, dining table, 2 chairs, 2+1+1 sofa, coffee table, kitchenet, cutlery, pots/pants, induction cooker, fridge, microwave, Air fryer, electric kettle and toaster added for convenience. 4 pillows & Duvet on bed. Basic guest amenities i.e. soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, sugar and water bottle provided.
Property manager Ranjith is living on the same street and available for any help. Nimali is the caretaker of the property and living far away from the property. She will help when needed. My wife and I live and work in Melbourne. We are available on mobile and email. Please be mindful that Melbourne is nearly 6 hrs ahead of Sri Lanka. All contact details and list of items in the property will be provided before 11 am of the check in date.
This studio is on a side road off Butgamuwa Road that has many up-market apartment buildings i.e. Clearpoint Residencies. Left side road is Wedagewaththa and this property is on the second left lane from this side road. Taxis and public bus available on Buthgamuwa road. 10 minutes walk to shops and cafes.
