KINDLY READ THE DESCRIPTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY: For 2 nights and more, the non-refundable rate is 60% cheaper than the 1-night refundable rate. The more nights, the greater the discount (up to a maximum of 74%). Genius is applicable to all rates in addition. Rates are Inclusive of taxes and final cleaning! I warmly welcome you to a sophisticated and top-equipped, stylishly furnished private double room (19m2) with private toilet and shower, garden table and parasol outside. Optional breakfast service: Put your breakfast together with your phone or tablet via online order list the evening before until 8:00 pm (side costs: CHF 4.-, plus selected products): coffee, tea, chocolate milk, orange juice, baked goods, butter, jam, Nutella, ham, salami, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt , cornflakes, apple, muesli flakes, etc - see photo. Breakfast is brought to the room on a trolley. The double room is on the ground floor of a family house right next to the main entrance. In front of the house you have a parking space and a garden table with a parasol. Further information: Washer/dryer are in the building (not in the room) - use is possible for a fee. Dish-washing-service: Used dishes can simply be left in the hallway and I will replace them with clean ones (washed at 70°C). Bath towels and bed linens are washed at 70-95°C There are two cats in the house, but they have no access to the guest room floor. Hey! :) I am Sascha. I am a passionate traveller myself but also a host with a heart for what he is doing. I want you to have a thoroughly wonderful and comfortable stay, while you are at my „Wonderful Room“. :) I would be very happy to host you, Sascha Mon-Fri, I have to work during the day, but I am available via telephone, different messengers and internet calls. If possible, I check you in personally and give you a quick tour through the room and answer your questions. If I am out, I will gladly welcome you as soon as I am home. If I am not present at your arrival, you can access the property with a code for a keypad. You will receive the code before arrival.
The room is located 890 meters ASL in Triesenberg, LI. Triesenberg lies in the heights/hills of Liechtenstein. It's an ideal place for hiking and relaxation in nature. But also Vaduz (455m ASL) in the valley is only 10-12 minutes away by car (see map in pictures). The hiking, skiing and recreation area Malbun can be reached by car in 10 minutes. 378 / 5,000 Translation results (I recommend arriving by private vehicle (mountain area). The distance to the bus stop is 850m and you have to walk partly uphill. Please note that the roads in the residential area of Triesenberg are partly narrow and a bit steep. In winter, there are rarely snowy days and the snow clearance is very good, but I still recommend winter tires and 4WD is an advantage depending on the weather forecast.)
