Kick back and relax at this peaceful and centrally-located place. An easy fifteen-minute walk to the Reduit Beach, Bay Walk Mall and JQ Mall. On the Gros Islet bus route with easy access to the Rodney Bay Marina, restaurants and night life.
Centrally located, quiet family friendly neighborhood. A field/playground less than 5 minutes' walk from the property. The neighborhood is safe and in close proximity (10 - 15 minutes walking distance) to everything you may need - restaurants, banks, beaches, shopping malls and marina- restaurants, banks, clinic, police station, shopping centers and Marina. You can easily walk, bike or drive. Additionally, the house is close (2-minute walk) to the main public bus routes. Street side parking is available.
