Beach Living is a vacation rental management company in Grand Cayman, who takes great pride in their beautiful beachfront properties and exemplary customer service. A friendly agent will welcome the guest on arrival to the condo to answer any questions, and to wish our guests an incredible stay.

Property information

The Spanish-style architecture outside is complimented by the lush tropical vegetation and Caribbean surroundings! Inside, you'll find a recently upgraded kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for preparing meals before heading to the beach, including a large island with dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed for restful sleeps. The living room is spacious and has a view of the sea with comfy outdoor seating on the balcony. A rollaway bed can be provided for a 3rd guest if needed. This wonderful island home away from home is a great place to create wonderful holiday memories. Take a stroll on a pristine Caribbean beach all to yourself on the quiet, never-crowded northwest shores of Barkers Beach in West Bay. This beautifully furnished one-bedroom condo is fully equipped, and literally just a few yards from the shores of the Caribbean Sea. Resort provides a swimming pool, plus loungers and BBQ. This condo is in a convenient, yet private and serene location, located 20 minutes from the airport and less than 10 minutes to popular Seven Mile Beach.

Neighbourhood information

Villas Pappagallo is where R&R is the number one priority. However, you can be as active, or inactive as you want. In just a short drive to Seven Mile Beach, you can ride the wave runners, parasail, paddleboard, and snorkel within the heart of all the action. If you want to relax on the beach with a good book, listen to the waves, dig your toes in the sand and rejuvenate your inner you, then this is your place. Pappagallo Beach is an unspoiled natural beach, a 2 mile stretch of pristine white sand against a turquoise backdrop. It is abundant with marine and wildlife, a snorkeler’s and naturalist’s dream come true! Adjacent to Barkers National Park, where you'll find Hiking trails, bird watching, kite sailing, and picnic activities are available. For those who like to fish, find your catch right off the pier. There are stables nearby as well, for horseback riding adventures. For a delicious dinner, why not make a reservation at Ristorante Pappagallo, directly across the street from the complex, and has an italian inspired menu and beautiful ambiance.
