Probably one of the best option for an airport overnight stay if you cannot do the Grand Hyatt. They provide complimentary shuttle services to and from both terminal 1 and 2. They have a schedule for this on the website, running pretty much all day long. The entire ride takes about 10 to 15 minutes for T1 and a few minutes more for T2. The hotel is outstanding, truly 5 stars. The rooms are large, modern, very clean and with modern features. If you take a seaside view (we did) the morning view is breathtaking, especially from the upper floors. Parts of Incheon island sit on reclaimed land, but this corner of it feels natural enough that you can actually see the effects of low tide and high tide on the fishing boats anchored around. Staff is polite and helpful. There is room service ofc and a whole a la carte menu with traditional upscale dishes. A great ending to a fantastic holiday in Korea.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view was fabulous and it had a balcony as well The hotel was exceptionally beautiful. Beautiful surroundings outside which I think would be lovely in the warmer weather. Convenience store within the hotel which was brilliant. Stocked everything you could need The hotel offered room service which was a little pricey but it was quick and convenient and the food was delicious There is a restaurant on site which looked amazing. The menu was extensive and offered a lot of different foods, particularly catering for foreigners.

We stayed only one night and it was too short. We loved the location and the premises. Also all staff was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast is legendary. Next time in Korea we will certainly come back. The shuttle to the airport is perfect.

Great Spa, gentlemen at check in counter was impatient And not very helpful. Rest of staff were excellent, especially the concierge who helped print a document that was not properly formatted. Very nice young man who figured out the issue.
