K-guest house Dongdaemun 1 enjoys a convenient location under a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Subway Station (Line 2, 4 and 5) and the iconic Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Newly renovated and opened in 2015, the guest house offers modern rooms with air-conditioning, a fridge and a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Guests can freely use the public computers in the shared lounge area. From the guest house, the historical Bangsan Market and Dongdaemun Market are each within a 10-minute walk north. The beautiful Cheonggyecheon stream is also a 10-minute walk away.

To who concern about traveling to Seoul, Korea. Hello, My name is John Kim from K-guesthouse Dongdaemun 1st and I am the general manager of the house. I prefer to meet new people and make a new contact. I have more than 1,000 friend in all of the world so far. I know the best way to travel to Seoul and great place where you have to go and look. My language skill is not good at the moment but it is getting better. I can speak English, Korean and little bit a Greek and Spanish. I love to have a party like crazy party with a loud music and a best guests. It is more than welcome to come and join with us in anytime. Thank you for all and See you at the My place!

Behind of building has a traditional market of Korea. There is fresh fruits, stockfish etc.... 10 minute from Dongdaemun design plaza and biggest shopping mall area in Seoul. Front of the house has Airport bus stop station from the Incheon airport numbered '6001' 5 minute from Dongdaemun historical park & culture subway station exit number 7th and 6th. There is convenience store which is GS 25 and 7 eleven in 3 minute from the house.
