Kofu city center. Old house renovation hotel with good location This is a renovated 70 year old house. It is a retreat-like inn where the beams and pillars are used as they were at the time and the present and the old are fused. If you go up a steep staircase like a traditional Japanese house, you will find one room on each side of the corridor. Rikyu-Nezu is a modern Japanese-style room with the scent of tatami mats.(Up to 4~5 peoples) Asagi-Nezu is a simple Western-style room.(Up to 2 peoples) Each room has two semi-double beds. You can sleep up to 7 people in one building with futons laid in the tatami space of Rikyu-Nezu. There is an air purifier, a large TV, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. There is no bath and there is only one shower room. It is very simple, but I would like you to enjoy Kofu and Yamanashi based here. You can see the cityscape of Kofu from the window of the room, and you can get to the downtown area by walking a little out of the entrance. Kofu has a lot of interesting and deep restaurants and streets, so please enjoy it.

When you enter the entrance, you will be greeted with a Ebisu-sama' smile and a lot of books. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, but there are handrails so you can go up and down with a peace of mind. About two places, there are nostalgic posters of heroes in Yamanashi Prefecture. Therefore, it is a simple facility with only a shower room installed. Please come back to the inn after enjoying the hot springs and local foods of Kofu. We are preparing a "Ebisuya-Osekkai MAP", so please come and enjoy the city walk. (「Osekkai」 means over kind.) The entrances of the rooms face each other across the corridor. If you have other guests, we hope you can take care of the volume and voice .

It is a 10-minute walk from Kofu Station on the JR Chuo Line. There are two coin parking lots every 2 seconds on foot. There is Kofu Castle around the inn and there are many shops where you can enjoy dishes made with Yamanashi wine and local ingredients, so you can enjoy delicious dishes while feeling the history.
