the location is really good, the family room is generous in size. we were four and had ample space for our futons + a table. Nice to have Yukatas and bathroom amenities prepared available in the room. hence it’s a very convenient option if you stay one night in Beppu.

lovely traditional hotel with large traditional rooms and lovely onsen which is open until late. great location right by the sea front and the staff were so lovely and kind and very helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated the two ladies at the front desk .

It's a recently renovated traditional inn with a hot spring bath. The staff didn't speak English very well, but everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything looks very stylish, new and clean. The tent rooms are a nice twist on hostel beds with a bit more privacy, but I stayed in a traditional tatami room myself. When I booked I was not sure what to expect: The place had recently (re)opened and it had no reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I got.

Der Onsen in der Pension ist am Abend definitiv einen Besuch wert. Auch die die traditionellen Zimmer sind super. Wer also ein Pension sucht, welche an ein Ryokan angelehnt ist, ist hier richtig.

急遽の予約でしたが宿泊人数が少なかった事もありとても良い待遇をして頂けました。施設も古き良き、という感じで暖かいスタッフさんと部屋から海が見えるのも良かったです。

別府温泉の中心に近く、温泉巡りの拠点にもできるお手頃価格の宿です。駐車場は少し離れていますが、宿の前での荷降ろしの一時駐車が可能なのであまり不便はありませんでした。お部屋もお値段の割に広かったです。（5人家族で宿泊）
