In the town of Nishinari-ku, Osaka, where old Japanese row houses “Nagaya” still remain, we invite T2P Architecture, whose founders are three of the world famous architect Tadao Ando’s top students, to propose a unique style of accommodation: a series of small rooftops harmonizes with appearance of the neighborhood while metal facades create a sharp contrast. Meanwhile the concept of “Shared Residence” combines separate units that ensure privacy, with shared center courtyard designed to encourage dialogue between residents. Our architecture has received multiple honors, including ArchDaily Building of the Year 2023 nomination, Good Design Award 2022, and is featured in Korean SPACE magazine January 2023 issue and in Wallpaper magazine November 2023 issue. The tatami rooms on first floor are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows facing interior garden, and the western-style rooms on second floor have rooftop-shaped high ceiling to form an open sense of space. There’s also one deluxe suite with private terrace where guests can enjoy the view. All our rooms are equipped with high-end facilities that only a few hotels have, including TOTO integrated bathroom、air purifier with bacteria-killing function、TOTO bathroom 4-in-1 machine、and Nishikawa polyurethane mattress, to ensure guests ultimate comfort in their journey.
