The location was excellent - the hotel itself was one of the Exits directly connected to the subway. The staff has helped us with luggage delivery to our next destination. The public spa (onsen) was kept clean and nice.

Perfect location near the hustle and bustle (no noise) of night life and perfect for shopping. The hotel was very high tech with cosy ambient. The staff were very helpful and most fluent in english so no language barrier.

The kids room with bunk beds was fantastic and very spacious. Location is great with close proximity to the train station and lots of nearby food and retail shops. Very clean and amazing view of the city skyline. We would definitely stay again.

This place was an acid trip. We don't have children, but when we arrived we could tell it was a family with little kids hotel. However, the venue and hotel rooms were very comfortable and nice to stay in. Happy to see rules for little kids and parents to be mindful of other guests and be quiet and respectful. The breakfast was an awesome selection of food. The staff were very lovely, helpful and presentable.
