We own and manage properties in Niseko Area in Hokkaido, Japan. 【About Same-day Check-in Reservations】 We may not be able to accommodate same-day reservations after 22:00 local time. Please contact us in advance to check the availability. 【About Security Cameras】 The hotel has security cameras for the purpose of safety management for customers and employees, and records images of various places in the common areas. The recorded video will be used only for investigation and cause identification in the event of an emergency based on laws and regulations, and will not be used for any other purpose. The recorded video will be deleted after a certain period of time.

Guests must complete the Online Self Check-in process and make the online payment following our guide prior to their arrival. After the check-in process completion and payment confirmation, we will send guests a keycode for electronic locks and more information on how to enter the building/rooms. 【About Cleaning】 A cleaning service is provided once every 2-3 nights (subject to service availability). Additional cleaning is available for a fee only at the time of reservation. The additional cleaning charge is JPY 3,850/time (tax included).
