We were originally founded in 2002 as a translation and interpretation agency. In 2017, our company expanded to also handle operations for accommodations in Kanazawa. Today, we offer a variety of services to ensure guests have a great time in Kanazawa, providing excellent recommendations that could only come from people who are truly connected to the local community.

Tsumugi-an is a family-friendly private gueathouse conveniently located in central Kanazawa, within walking distance from most of the major sightseeing destinations as well as children’s play areas and a park. It is about 900 m from Kanazawa Station (and official Pokemon Center!), 2.2 km from Kenrokuen Garden, and 2.4 km from the Higashi Chaya teahouse district. If you are travelling with children under 6 years old, there are free play areas at Kanazawa Station and Omicho Market (1.4 km from the house). If you children love playing outside, there is a nice park just 5 minutes from the house, and if you go a little bit further – beautiful Saigawa River. The guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood and includes a parking space and free Wi-Fi, and features four beds, a well-equipped kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator), a bathroom with bathtub, a flat-panel TV, and even a washing machine for laundry. For families with children we prepare baby gate, playpen, baby futon, baby bathtub, toys, stroller and a lot more. We are happy to offer you our special Breakfast Boxes, that can be delivered right to the guesthouse. Please contact us for details.
