Staff is friendly and helpful. Though the basement is a bit tight in terms of size and headroom, the staff drove my car into it so I didnt have to worry. They got my car ready at the exit early next morning and I could continue my trip smoothly. The Japanese style breakfast was great and delicious. Though the building looked a bit old outside, the room was clean and facilities were kept in good conditions.

If you need to visit both Toyama and Kanazawa, then Takaoka would be a good city to stay in since it is situated in the middle of the two. I also stayed in Takaoka since visiting Ainokura was part of the plan. If you want a quiet city, then this is the place for you.
