We loved our stay! Toji Stay is in the middle of Kannawa, steam is rising from under the pavement, magical! Our host, Miho-San is extremly friendly, her hospitality and kindness is exceptional.

Our stay at Toji Hiromiya was simply delightful. From the moment we arrived, the hostess greeted us with warmth and kindness, instantly making us feel at home. The traditional Japanese accommodation with futon beds added to the authenticity of the experience, immersing us in the local culture. The welcoming atmosphere extended beyond our hostess to the neighbors, who greeted us with open arms, further enhancing our sense of belonging. The ease of access to nearby onsens (hot springs) added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay, allowing us to unwind in nature's embrace. Overall, our time at Toji Stay Hiromiya was a true pleasure. The loving hospitality of our hostess made our stay memorable, and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Hotel located in the special area of Beppu hot springs, public baths and amazing atmosphere. The hotel staff was really hospitable and helpful. Room standard was quite OK but expect to sleep on futon mattresses on the floor.

The owners were welcoming and helpful when checking in. They gave good assistance on what to check out, and when asked for more specific things, they even started research to help us out. It was also very fun to simply talk with them! Also, the accommodation itself and its location are very convenient, especially for the price!

Miho-san was very friendly and was on hand to help us from the minute we parked to helping us check in and then even on checking out. The room was a spacious tatami room and had an en suite toilet. The sink was just outside our room. Miho also showed us her own onsen which we could book and use as a family. She also kindly gave us some boiled eggs and sweet potatoes for our breakfast. The location was great - a 10 minute from Umi Hell and a lot of restaurants and cafes around.

Hiro-san is friendly and helpful. It made our stay much more pleasant. The steam onsen bath is just directly opposite. Highly recommended.

Place was better than expected! Owner was a lovely lady who went out of her way to serve her guests and answer any questions. I wish I had the time to stay for longer to enjoy the town and the accommodations.

A nice ryokan close to all that Kannawa onsen has to offer. Room was comfortable and had a fun view to hot steams rising from pipes close by. Staff was nice and offered a discount to one of the onsens close by (which was great).
