Notice of Extensive Luxury Room Renovation from 2nd October 2023

Renovation period:

From 2nd October 2023 to 14th December 2024, for 15 months, a full comprehensive refurbishment of guest rooms and halls, spanning from 7 to 31 floors.

Renovation work:

The noisiest work will occur from Monday to Saturday, specifically between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

On Sundays and during extended public holidays like Golden Week (GW), New Years Eve and Obon, there will be no construction work.

Restaurants and bars will remain fully open, but we anticipate some noise in the lobby, restaurants and bars between 11:00 and 14:30 from April onwards.

Please be informed that on Tuesday, 14th January 2025, our hotel is scheduled to undergo its annual electrical maintenance, as mandated by Japanese law. Because of this, we will experience a disruption in our electricity supply for approximately 5 hours from 12:00 to 5:00 (early morning on 14th January), and internet connection will not be available from 23:30 on the 13th of January until 4:30 on the 14th of January.

During this time, the elevators, lighting and air conditioning systems in all areas will not be functional. Additionally, our in-room dining service will not operate from 23:00 on Monday the 13th of January until 6:30 on Tuesday the 14th of January.

Renovation work will be carried out from 14/9/2024 to 8/11/2024. The restaurant and lounge will be under renovation.

Breakfast will be offered at 'The Steakhouse' and 'Unkai Japanese Restaurant' on the third floor.

An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
