Our stay at Wadi Rum Star Wars Camp overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and hospitable, the food was amazing and our room was spacious. The jeep safari, camel ride and stargazing that they offer were so nice. They made sure to make us feel at home, and we truly regret not having stayed longer than 2 nights.

I would recommend relying on asking the camp staff questions about what to do, or information about history, culture, food and geography in Wadi Rum. They know best about everything and are really trustworthy people. Be friendly with the other campers, it is amazing to see who all visits Wadi Rum. I would say to trust the locals there, and you will have an amazing time. Definitely take your time looking at the stars.

Hiking and taking a Jeep Tour around Wadi Rum are amazing...
Hiking and taking a Jeep Tour around Wadi Rum are amazing experiences. My favorite part is the different colors of the sand and the bridge. However, as there's no fixed trail for the jeep, the sands are full of wheel marks, which kind of ruin the whole view of the desert. Overall, it is so beautiful; it feels like being on another planet.

For those who like silence, privacy and are happy to let go off their screentime this place is just right. If you decide to take your car, an SUV would be ideal on the sandy/rocky surface. There are some do-able hikes even with kids. The place looks like a totally different planet with unique rock formations and red sand till as far as you can see. Star gazing is magical as there isnt much light around.....!

Everyone tries to get out a hell of a business of the guided tours, the kids and youngsters treat animals (especially dogs) very bad, it gave an impression, that you need to know yourself how long you can make the best out of it.

Fascinating place, so beautiful and peaceful, but also a lot of plastic litter everywhere and a surprising amount of traffic (tourists doing jeep rides).
Imagining that people have lived and thrived here for millennia without electricity is humbling.
A small-ish camp which was what I was looking for as that gives us the space, privacy and not to mention quiet that we want to enjoy in the desert. The shared bathrooms and toilets were clean and fairly modern. The beds were basic but comfortable and we slept well. We were given extra blankets as the nights do sometimes get cold. The Bedouin food on both nights were simply amazing and the Jeep tour exploring the sights of Wadi Rum was fun. We really enjoyed exploring the immediate area around the camp and watching the sunset.
We spent only one night in Wadi Rum but it was the highlight of our trip in Jordan. Thanks to Awad, we had the chance to explore Wadi Rum, ride a camel and sleep in a Bedouin camp. Not only the view was mind blowing, but our host was kind, funny and share with us a lot of history about Jordan and his culture. During the night, we had a delicious dinner in the camp and spent the rest of the evening talking around the fire. It was a beautiful and rich experience. For anyone looking to discover Wadi Rum, just contact Awad
Very clean and safe place. It’s beautiful camp in middle of the desert.
Staff are very friendly and they served us very well.
We opted for 4 hours Tour till sunset and we really enjoyed. The guide took some good pictures of us at tourist spot.
Mahdi (The Host) is an amazing person. He is very polite, hospitable, kind and helpful person. He speaks fluent English and Arabic.
I will definitely recommend to book Mahdi’s place for stay and for Tour!
FYI, they serve BEST RED TEA in Jordan!
This was our best experience in Jordan. The hosts are absolute legends who will let you experience parts of the Bedouin lifestyle. Probably the best part of your stay here is sitting around the campfire after sundown. The hosts provide food and shisha, tell stories and jokes, peform traditional music and will point out stars and constellations you've never seen before. Don't miss the jeep tour which lets you see a good chunk of the Wadi Rum desert.
The facilities at the camp are clean.
Rum Cheerful Luxury camp is the most beautifull place I have ever seen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have ordered full day trip to desert with a very funny and friedly driver Attik who have prepared excellent lunch in the shade of desert rock. Food was excellent too and plenty of it. In the evening guides plays on Arabic lute an served plenty of free tea. The most unforgettable experience in Jordan.🙏🙏🙏🙏 Wadi Rum is without doubt the most beautiful deser on Earth.
After visiting touristic and crowdy spots like Petra, getting isolated in Wadi rum's desert and being in touch with the Jordanian family that runs the camp is peaceful and very Enjoyable.
More comfort that you can ask in a desert camp..tents are great and food is delightfull.
But more than that, meeting very Nice, warm and, wellcoming people is the best.
Activities are possible..best price for best Jordanian experience.
Next time we'll book 3 days !
Many thanks to everybody in the camp.
Wadi Rum Royal Camp is the best place you can go in Jordan! Rashid and his brothers really take care about you from the beginning to the end! We really enjoyed sharing great meals around the fireplace during the night, play cards, smoke Mohammed and get to know each other a bit better. You truly feel at home. And in a beautiful desert like Wadi Rum where every part is gorgeous that you can visit thanks to their organised jeep tours, this is the best experience you can live!
The stay at Wadi Rum Dream Camp was probably the highlight of our Jordan trip! We were really well looked after and were also delighted to have a room upgrade to one with a private bathroom as well as an amazing desert view! (Would really recommend everyone to book a "tent" with a view) !!!
Watching camels walk outside your window is a pretty cool sight! :).
The food was nice, our jeep tours very very good as well as the 1 hour camel ride. (Will never forget).
everything! everything is perfect. the property is new and the view is amazing, you can watch sunset right at the property. Ahmed the host is very friendly and helpful, he recommended the dessert tour which is perfect! we had most amazing dinner cook by the chef, I have to admit this is the best meal I had throughout my Jordan trip. if you are looking for desert experience in wadi rum, trust me, Waseem luxury camp will defiantly not disappoint!
I stayed in the Maraheb Luxury camp for two nights and my stay was one of the best experiences of my life. Staff absolutely amazing, excellent food and the tent was just perfect with wonderful views of Wadi Rum desert. I made a half day jeep tour and my guide Suleyman showed me the best places in Wadi Rum. I highly recommended it to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful part of the world. You deserve 10 stars and I hope to be one day back.
My trip to Wadi Rum ended up being my best time in Jordan. Our 2 desert tours were a magical experience. He was an amazing guide that explained everything so nice. The camp was beautiful and clean. You won't regret spending a night in the desert. The night sky there will leave you wanting to stay forever. The energy of that place and the people in Wadi Rum was amazing. It is a once in a lifetime experience that i recomand everyone.
Best experience we had in Jordan. The camp is small and placed in a beautiful corner of the Wadi Rum desert. The size of the camp gives you an intimate feeling and Rashid and Sabah made sure we had an amazing time. We took a full day jeep tour and saw all the main highlights of the desert. Campfires at night when the weather is good, and drinking tea and playing games when a sandstorm hits. It felt like home!
Best place to stay in Wadi Rum, if you are looking for an amazing experience in the desert in a beautiful and comfortable camp with delicious food, go for it. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you will feel instantly at home. Also the place is perfect to enjoy the beautiful sunset at the end of the day. I would definitely come back
I would recommend going to Jordan only to visit Wadi Rum with these people. It really was the highlight of our trip. The scenery is beautiful and that can be enjoyed with any company but the value added by this people cannot be measured. they care about their guests, their camp and most importantly, the dessert.
Wadi Rum is a must-visit location for any traveler in Jordan. An exceptionally gracious and hospital band of brothers run this remote desert outpost. Sand and Stone is as close to an authentic Bedouin camping experience as one can get, an antidote to the more consumerist lux-bubble glamping.
Osama was the best host I have met in jordan
he took us a private tour by his 4*4 truck he let we visit the most amazing places in desert
the camp was pretty new , clean , tidy , comfortable
food was more than delicious
would recommend!
Just had an unforgettable stay at Jamal Rum Camp in the heart of the Wadi Rum desert! The camp itself was cozy and clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I can't say enough good things about the overall experience!
The bedouin camp is very amazing. It's well organized, with more than u can excepted from a place in desert. People is more than welcoming. They want you to really enjoy bedouin life.Best experience in Jordan.
Very nice place to stay in the wadi rum desert.
