Location, clean room and bathroom (water pressure!), parking, facilities as well as very good breakfast. Last but not least the owner. Very helpful, speaking perfect English and addressing all our needs. Considering 4 accomodations I tried in Jordan this was the best.

Tamer was super kind! Superb location, just a few minute drive to the visitor centre. We had a breakfast box which included sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room was clean and beautiful, exactly as in the pictures.

We had a great 2 days at this hotel. The owner was very kind to us and was always happy to help. The location is excellent, there are many places around where you can eat, and it's only 5-7 minutes to Petra itself.

We arrive a bit late to the apartment, but Tamer was flexible so it wasn’t a problem. After we arrive, we experienced a very warm and kind hospitality from Tamer. The whole accommodation is cozy and moody and the room was perfect and clean. The building has other facilities like the kitchen, which is very well equipped. And there is also a small living room. There was an option for a breakfast box,  which was perfect for us, because we planned to leave early, so eating breakfast there would take more time. We also had a special request because one of us has lactose intolerance and he considered it.

Literally the best hotel we’ve experienced during our stay in Jordan! I wish we would have stayed longer. Our room was modern, really clean and well-equiped. Special mention for the matress wich were ultra confortable. The location is just perfect, only few minutes away from Petra’s main entrance by car. Tamer, the owner is really attentionate, he surclassed us for free cause the hotel wasn’t full. He was really attentive to our needs and gave us lots of advices. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you to have made our stay that special.
