Loft of 85m²/914ft² with exposed wooden beams, parquet, and terracotta tiles overlooking the Botticino marble quarry, with private parking. We're in the historical hamlet "borgo Ai Moce" which used to be a family farm, with the attic being part of the barn. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails all around and the purest mountain spring, named "Spring of Life". A stone's throw drive from delicious trattorias and osterias with typical Brescian cuisine. Come experience our hamlet! CIR: 017023-LNI-00001
Silvio and I recently married and moved from Berlin (Germany) to Italy. We were looking for a quiet place to unwind and offer walks in nature and real interactions with people, and now that we found it we want to share the magic with people :)
The flat is located in the 'borgo Ai Moce'. That's an Italian hamlet that used to be a family farm. The flat was part of a barn storing hay back in the day. Walk down the street and meet our hooved neighbors, hike mount Maddalena, and unwind in our hamlet! Free parking is right at the bottom of your staircase to access your attic. Tons of hiking trails starting 10m from the attic.
