Property information

Apartment with beautiful balconies from which to enjoy the view of the lake and the city. Perfect location, a stone's throw from the lake and the old town, easily accessible from the station, with parking under the house. The space The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator. Ideal for 4 or 5 people. It is possible to have a foldable single bed to be placed in the bedroom. Very convenient free parking inside the condominium area. The bus stop is under the house. The train station San Giovanni is 1.5 km away. Lido Villa Olmo is a few steps. Possibility of booking a shuttle to and from Milan Malpensa airport for a fee.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the center of Como, near the beautiful Villa Olmo from which you can walk along the beautiful lakeside promenade that leads in a few minutes to the historic center. Nearby there are the stadium, the Hangar, the Alessandro Volta's temple, the war memorial and a large playground for children, as well as bars and restaurants. At 200 mt there is a lido with swimming pool to enjoy the sun and the lake in summer. A few minutes away there is the supermarket open 24/7. Getting around The bus stop is 100 meters away. The station Como San Giovanni is 1.5 km away. From the station you can walk to Piazzale Rocchetto (2 minutes) and take the following lines: 1, 6, 11, C10, C20. Get off at the bus stop COMO, VILLA OLMO The apartment is located near the motorway exit and Switzerland. The most convenient motorway exit is Como Monte Olimpino.
