Viola House is a beautiful three-room apartment just 100 meters from the sea, located in Marina di Mancaversa on the Gallipoli-Leuca coastal road. Being in a strategic position, you can easily reach the beaches (equipped and free) and the most beautiful places of cultural and historical interest that Salento offers. Near the apartment you will find bars, trattorias, pizzerias, pharmacies, ATMs, and mini-markets, all easily reachable on foot. For those who want to experience the nights of Salento and go dancing in the best clubs, just 200 meters from the apartment you will find all the shuttles to any destination and 24-hour taxi service. This beautiful three-room apartment for 2/4 people consists of a large double bedroom with TV, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with shower and all accessories. The apartment is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi. Outside, the three-room apartment consists of a large solarium area with table, sofas, outdoor shower, sink, and furniture for outdoor dining. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided for spending pleasant days at the beach.

Surely you will think that what I am about to tell you is biased, but believe me, it would be a real shame to miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful and colorful Salento without having stayed in this wonderful apartment just 100 meters from the sea.
As already mentioned in the "STRUCTURE INFO," the location of the apartment is central and offers many services. Our guests have always liked the fact that they can easily do everything on foot, from reaching the small coves to being able to walk in the evening to places where they can have an aperitif, dine, and listen to good music. Of course, the location is also advantageous for families with children; just 20 meters away, you can find the square with various attractions like carousels, playgrounds, etc. The location is also great if you want to visit the various neighboring historic centers, among the most beautiful such as the historic center of Matino, Felline, and Racale.
