The house is equipped with the essentials and private parking. A 5-minute walk downhill to the nearest beach, between Palermo and Cefalù, with a beautiful shore and a blue lagoon. note that the rooftop is occasionally shared. Main features: comfort, proximity to the beach, tranquility hospitality THE SPACE in and out is peaceful and comfortable. Patio & Entrance At the entrance of the house there is a patio with sea view, a big diner table with 4 chairs and a BBQ At the entrance of the premises you could meet ours 2 nice neighbors (they are not around all year round). The House inside: There are 2 bedrooms both with double beds. Both have ventilators One of the bedrooms has a small window and 140 cm double bed. The other bedroom has a 160 cm double bed a TV and a window to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped!! (check the kitchen closets for oven, mixer, blender, plates, glasses etc) There is a spacious living room / lounge area with an air conditioner. The bathroom has an open walk in shower, toilet & bidet and 2 windows. The Rooftop Terrace On top of the house there is a 80 m2 rooftop terrace with stunning sea views! To get there you need to walk uphill around the house. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or to chill with a glass of wine in the evenings! Sometimes we are there in our small studio, but the terrace is always all yours to use! In the winter months you can warm up the house with the 10Kw Nordica Extraflame pellet stove. BEACHES One of the many beaches is just down the hill a 5 minute walk away. For the other 5 beaches you can either take the car or walk on the beach to reach them, there are no sidewalks so l usually take the beach route or the car. The village is 3,5 km drive away.

The house is situated in the middle of nature near the beaches 3,5 km from the village. The nearest beach is a 4 minute walk away down the hill. There are 5 more beautiful beaches walking down or driving down the road. Some are hidden some are in plain sight along the shore. Altavilla Milicia village is at 3,5 km distance. It has has a great belvedere. There are plenty of little towns nearby you can visit and beautiful Palermo is only a 15 minute drive away or 20 minute by train!
