Villa Lavinia in Alghero is a detached villa with swimming pool and direct access to the lagoon and close to Maria Pia beach and is rented out for exclusive use. The villa is surrounded by a lawn where there is a wonderful swimming pool with an adjacent solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The property is completely fenced off and offers the necessary privacy within the garden adorned with fruit and flowering plants and creepers where you can relax in the shade of the trees. The villa with a surface area of 100sqm has been completely renovated arranged on 2 floors connected by an internal staircase and is equipped with an integrated WiFi internet system, it is ideal for 6 people Villa Lavinia consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor and two single beds in the open space downstairs. Both bathrooms have showers, and there is an outdoor solar shower in the garden, ideal for when you come back from the sea. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher - washing machine - toster, kettle, espresso machine, refrigerator, Wifi, television connected to the Internet, air conditioning). BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS (water heater) Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, wash basin, air conditioning, large window with garden view. Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning. Open space in the basement: 2 single beds in the open space downstairs.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is ideal for families with children. In the garden, in fact, one can encounter turtles, hedgehogs, rabbits and other small animals typical of the lagoon, which will brighten the days of the little guests. The charming historic centre of Alghero is easily reached from the villa and the location of the house is close to a series of hiking trails that run along the nature reserve of the Maria Pia pine forest beach. Villa Lavinia is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy unspoilt nature and the incomparable view of Lake Calich, which can be accessed through a private gate directly from the garden of the villa, after a short 200-metre walk through a beautiful private olive grove within the property. The city of Alghero is only 2 km away and the most beautiful beaches on the island can be reached in a few minutes. Alghero and the north coast of Sardinia offer a variety of beaches and numerous activities to do both at sea and on land, such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, snorkelling, sailing or catamaran trips, quad bike excursions to discover the hinterland, horse riding, trekking... the choice of activities is really long... but when you return you will find the calm and peace of a magical place. Inside the property, a kitten occasionally pops out, but does not disturb or enter the house.
