I was born in Bellano on 18th June 1979. I lived my childhood at Avano, a small village in Val Varrone, approximately 15 km away from Colico. I moved to Colico almost 8 years ago. My previous work wa with Gattinoni Group in Lecco, MICE department (meeting, incentive, congress, events). I often travel and I am fond of meeting new people and getting acquainted with new cultures. My boyfriend owns a real estate agency in the centre of Colico, via Sacco 4 References: Real estate "Le Mille e una casa" Colico Lc I have been going to Colico since I was a teenager and as soon as I could, I built a wonderful house there, which I decided to share with my guests. I love the lake in Colico, the surrounding mountains and the woods. Colico is a splendid reality for me, where I spend my daily life happily, enjoying the lively colours that nature offers in each season. Colico has a lot of beaches, a touristic harbour and a wharf from which boats and hydrofoils leave to the main villages on the whole Lake Como. Colico is also a cultural location

Brief description: Living surface = 220 m² distributed on two grounds Ground floor = 1 double room; 1 bathroom with large shower; cum-dining kitchen; large living area, porch First floor = 1 double room; 2 single rooms, one of which provided with pull-out bed to make it double; 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 2 balconies Total bed places = 6 bed places + 1 extra pull-out bed Private garden of approx. 2000 m² with: 8m x 5m private pool for your exclusive use, equipped with deck chairs Large wooden table, sheltered from the sun, barbeque. Other services: 2 car parks (2 places) Wi-Fi, satellite TV with channels in German, English, etc. Pets: admitted on demand Energetic class A - 21,85 IPE kWh/m²a The villa also has a basement with 2 more living units having a separate independent entrance. The house is not on google street view because it is new (finished in October 2014).

Neighbourhood information

In the vicinity beautiful beach of Baia di Piona at about 700 m, bar-tabacchi a few minutes walk, 2 restaurants at about 700 m. The centre of Colico and Piazza del Lago (Piazza Garibaldi) are only 2 km away (about 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car). The "Baia di Piona" is connected to the centre of Colico by a pleasant pedestrian and cycle path surrounded by greenery. In the centre of Colico (approx. 2 km): supermarket, various shops, butcher, bakery, post office, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor; approx. 7 km "Iperal Fuentes" shopping centre. From Colico you can quickly reach the most beautiful resorts on Lake Como: Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como; as well as some well-known mountain resorts such as St Moritz Switzerland about 1h30 minutes away, Bormio about 2 hours away, Livigno about 2h30 away, as well as Milan about 1 hour by car (1h30 with the very convenient direct train that leaves from Colico)...and many more! Connections: SS36 Milan - Lecco - Sondrio road. Railway line Milan - Lecco - Sondrio. Colico" railway station. Bus connections. Varenna 20 km. Tremezzina 40 km. Chiavenna 28 km. Varenna approx. 20 minutes by car, 50 minutes from Menaggio/Bellagio, 1 hour from Milan, 1 hour from Como, approx. 1h15 from Bergamo and Linate airport and 1h30 from Malpensa airport. Sports: kite surfing, wind surfing, cycling, trekking, horse riding, sailing, rowing, boat hire, tennis, water skiing, fishing, golf about 30 km away (Menaggio).
