Villa Ida is a modern semi-detached villa renovated in 2023 and divided into two houses, both with 5 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with big trees and a brand new infinity pool with sunbeds and parasols available. The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, away from massive tourism, allows you to discover the area through many cycling routes that start right in the proximity of the house, such as the well-known Valle dei Mulini. Each unit, located on the ground floor, has a large bedroom with two single beds/double bed and a double bedroom with additional single bed with pull-out bed. A small bathroom with shower, a windowed main bathroom with laundry corner with washing machine, shower box and double washbasin. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining; it has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooking stove, large fridge with freezer, breakfast counter, coffee corner. The living area opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of garden and pool. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and a large dining table. Wifi and air conditioning at guests' disposal. Two parking spaces in the garage available for each flat. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat. We recommend the villa comprising the two houses to large families looking for an elegant solution, who want to enjoy their stay in a very green and private atmosphere. The total price consists in: - RENTAL AMOUNT paid directly to the owner of the property - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, assistance and support, reservation management, mailing and communication) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
