Property info

Villa Elena has been in the family since it was purpose built by the famous Architect Bruno Fedrigolli in the 1960s. Back then, it was the only villa on the peninsula! Designed by the architect to make the most of the light and the view, the stunning surroundings, while still keeping the villa sheltered and totally private. It is a perfect balance of privacy and convenience, allowing you to live and enjoy the lake and the area with maximum comfort and minimum inconvenience.

Neighborhood info

Villa Elena is located at the near tip of the peninsula that juts out towards the Isola dei Coniglio (land bridge at low tide, great picnic spot!), just a short walk from the Port of Torchio, the beaches, and the Rocca di Manerba. The Rocca is a splendid archeological and natural reserve park, with kilometers of hiking trails with extraordinary lookouts and views, as well as a very special ecological and archeaological heritage, all explained in its own little museum. The villa is about 500m from Porto Torchio, where there are more restaurants and also a boat rental. It is is about 2km from the nearest village, Montinelle di Manerba, where you will find all the amenities, including shops, bars, pizzerias, hairdresser and more. The villa is directly on the waterfront, with a stair and gate to access the lake, but the coast here is rocky, without beach. The nearest beach is down the whole length of the other side of the peninsula, which you can reach via the Marina or the Camping San Biagio, about 200m walk to the beach front. In the other direction about 200m walk you will find the Pisenze beach, a locals favourite for the clean water and sandy bottom.
