Villa with 4 flats and a walled garden, a park with a plays area for children, barbecue and garage. The house is encircled by a thick pine wood and this is the best position for peaceful holidays. The flats offer every comfort, they can give hospitality up to 6 persons and they have: a living-room, a small kitchen with dish - washing machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower box and hair dryer, 2 large terraces, safe, washing machine, satellite television, wifi, air - conditioning unit.
Peschiutta family has run these holiday apartments for over 50 years and has been committed to guaranteeing its customers a pleasant and relaxing stay in Lignano, always meeting the demands and needs of the client of any given moment. As an example, since the beginning of the pandemic we have been utilizing an ozone sterilizer to sanitize the apartments for each guest and we have been supplying disposable mattresses and pillow covers.
Very quiet neighborhood with all services at hand. On the corner (200 meters from home) there are newsagents, bars, restaurants, butchers, greengrocers and supermarkets. The apartment is located near the 7bis bathing establishment, but the number 8 'La Sacca' and 7 are also very close. At 200 meters from home there are the stops of the urban bus and the courier for the main towns of Friuli (Udine, Trieste ...) and Veneto (Venice, Verona ...). In addition, in the newsstand in front of the stop you can buy tickets for buses, courier and even boat trips both in the Maranese and Venetian lagoons.
