These apartments, located in the heart of Venice, offer exceptional centrality, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, the Correr Museum, Palazzo Ducale, and Via Calle Larga XXII Marzo, which features numerous high-end brands. They are also near Calle Vallaresso, home to luxury stores like Tiffany, Missoni, Etro, and Cavalli, as well as the famous Harry's Bar restaurant. The public ferries on Calle Vallaresso are only 100 meters away. Both apartments are in the same building, with one on the first floor and the other on the second. Each apartment includes two double bedrooms with beds measuring 190x200 cm, a fully equipped bathroom, smart TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, blender, and toaster. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, iron, safe, and mosquito nets on all windows. For families with young children, a camping cot is available upon request. Please note, the apartments are accessible only via stairs as there is no elevator.
