Our flight was cancelled so we needed to book a last minute extra night in malcesine (the hotel we had been staying in was fully booked). The staff were all lovely and the two ladies at reception went above and beyond in helping us navigate our unexpected departure from Milan (we were meant to be flying from Verona and flights from there to London fully booked for the next few days). We can’t thank them enough. the hotel is comfortable, with wonderful views of the lake from the terrace, great wifi and a lovely breakfast. we couldn’t have asked for more.

Breakfast was lovely, overlooking the lake. Being able to swim in the lake from the comfort of the hotel was amazing for someone who loves the water. Complimentary drink on arrival and afternoon tea was also very lovely.

I booked Hotel Venezia based on all of the positive reviews, and I was so glad I did! Everything about this hotel was wonderful -- incredibly friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful and spacious deck directly on the lake (and complimentary bath robes and towels for swimming), the breakfast buffet with tremendous variety, including a juicer with an assortment of fresh fruits and veggies, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the bar. The hotel is also very conveniently located without being in the more congested part of town, so it was nice and quiet, but still just a short five or 10-minute walk to the port. I would absolutely stay here again, and hope to come back very soon!

Ein wundervolles Hotel mit einer fantastischen Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber. Super Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Für die Autos gibt es einen extra abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Im Zimmer sind extra Handtücher und Bademäntel zum Baden im See und auf der Terrasse liegen vorhanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Accoglienza molto cordiale e gentile. La struttura non è grandissima, quindi riescono a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta. Colazione ottima, direi quasi esclusivamente Nazionale, e non sbagliano perché tutto è di qualità ( un esempio il prosciutto cotto non è quello magrissimo a fette quadrate). La terrazza sul lago, parla da se. La mia camera non era fronte lago , però panorama stupendo e sole in balcone al mattino. Dettagli che fanno la grande differenza. Bagno con finestra, accappatoi morbidissimi e profumati, borsa in dotazione con teli e ciabattine per terrazza / piscina

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und persönlich zum Zimmer und zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz begleitet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Sonnenterasse mit Zugang zum See. Das Frühstück schmeckte ebenfalls fantastisch und alle Speisen waren von höchster Qualität. Ich komme gerne wieder.
