There are only 25 steps separating the flat from the sea. The flat has direct access to the beach. There is 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE inside the residence, it is 150meters from the apartment, there are some steps along the way
The centre of Zoagli can be reached from the flat via the sea promenade (about 5 minutes on foot) or via an internal pedestrian street (about 10 minutes on foot). Zoagli is equipped with all services: bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist. AT THE MOMENT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REACH THE CENTRE OF ZOAGLI BY THE SEA PROMENADE, BUT IT CAN BE REACHED BY THE INTERNAL PEDESTRIAN ROAD. THE CONNECTING BRIDGE WAS DESTROYED BY THE SEA STORM, IT WILL BE ACCESSIBLE FROM 20 JULY. Zoagli is connected by the train line, thanks to which one can easily reach Portofino (20 MINUTES ) and the Cinque Terre (50 MINUTES )
The beach may be smaller than in the photographs; waves change its shape throughout the year. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but each room is equipped with a fan. The closest place to the house reachable by car to load and unload suitcases is 150 meters from the apartment, there are 4 flights of stairs along the way. The train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, there are a few flights of stairs along the way. On the day of arrival it is recommended to stop at Rapallo train station and reach Zoagli by cab. Walking the distance from Zoagli train station to the apartment with suitcases can be tiring
