Die Lage war echt außergewöhnlich! Ca. 10 m über den, das Grundstück liebevoll wie ein kleiner Park gestaltet. Man direkt über die Klippen ins Meer oder 1 Minute zum Hauptstrand oder 5 Minuten nach noch ruhigeren Strand nach Forno. Das Ferienhäuschen hat grundsätzlich alles was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt, man sollte aber an die „Betriebsmittel“ wie Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier (haben wir jedenfalls nicht gefunden) etc. denken. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist vor Ort, ansonsten ist man in 10 Minuten in Portoferraio.
