    “The spacious appartment has a stunning balcony and view over Lerici and the sea. The floor to ceiling sliding doors all along one side of the living area make it extremely light and a lovely area to relax in.”

Property information

Spacious apartment with breathtaking view, only 5 minutes far from the beach and city center. Well equipped kitchen, big living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One big balcony outside the living room, and a smaller balcony in one of the bedrooms. Stairs to reach the apartment. The apartment is full of light, and the rooms are big. Very comfortable balcony, right outside the living room, where it will a pleasure for our guests to dine al fresco with a wonderful panorama. Finding a place on the beach sometimes could be a task. We want our guests to have the best experience during their stay, that’s why we have booked umbrellas and sunbeds at the Venere Azzurra beach in Lerici. If interested in renting a spot at the beach club please text or write an email to us specifying the day you would like to go, and the number of guests (max 4).  There are some stairs to get to the building door, a small price to pay to have such a wonderful view on an incredible landscape. The apartment is on the top floor, and there is an elevator in the building. Nespresso coffee machine, with a capsules welcoming kit.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in a residential area close to the center of town. Plenty of restaurants, stores and traditional shops in the vicinity. The beach is just 5 minutes away from home
