Enjoy a stylish holiday in this beautiful and elegant apartment equipped with every comfort. The flat is located a few steps from the sea and the center of Bellaria. Equipped with wonderful and large balconies where you can spend relaxing moments and have lunch in the open air. Wifi, Smart TV, USB wall sockets, Bicycles, Washing machine, Kettle, Microwave, Coffee machine, Private garage are just some of the features that make this apartment the ideal place for your stay. The apartment is located in an ideal place to visit the riviera romagnola and all the main touristic locality of Romagna. Few minutes from the sea and the hills, from Bellaria conference center and the Rimini fair, from San Marino, from all the main sites of the Riviera. We promote commitment to the environment. The energy used comes only from clean and renewable sources, we have chosen low energy consumption lighting and appliances, we prefer household products from natural sources, we promote separate waste collection, we invite guests to explore Romagna with our bicycles (always offered for free in the stay). The apartment is only available for tourist rentals.

Apartment located in a well-equipped area a few steps from the sea (5 min walk), from the main services (supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc.), from the city center (10 min walk), from Bellaria railway station (5 min walk) ). The apartment is very central, convenient to reach in a few minutes the conference center of Bellaria and the Rimini Fair as well as the main attractions and localities of the Romagna Riviera. Building located in a quiet and elegant street.
