Light and airy comfortable duplex property. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD player and a spacious outdoor terrace with stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding lush mountains furnished with a dining table, chairs and sun lounger. Internal stairs lead to the ground floor where there is 1 large master with double bed and bathroom and 2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and shower room. Free Wi-Fi. Village has a pool (open 15 May - 15 September), sauna, bar, laundry and private parking.
The beautiful properties of Colletta di Castelbianco are located in a completely renovated 12th century hamlet respecting the architectural aesthetics of the ancient stone structures whilst incorporating contemporary technology such as high speed broad band internet, digital TV and underfloor heating which guarantees comfort in the autumn and winter. Restaurants La Scola and GIN are close by and there is a small shop where you can pre-order pastries for breakfast and purchase essentials. A pharmacy and an additional shop can be reached a few minutes by car. The beautiful village of Zucharello is only 10 minutes away by car and the pretty village of Cisano Sul Neva. Located between the foothills of the Italian Alps and the Mediterranean coast, Colletta is perfectly situated for exploring this beautiful area. Only 15 minutes to the lively towns and beaches of Alassio and Albenga, 30 minutes to the busy fashionable San Remo, 30 minutes to the largest golf course and 30-60 minutes to a number of ski resorts. It is also favoured by hikers and mountain climbers alike.
