The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building which stands in an exclusive and privileged position, just 50 meters from the Scaligero Castle on the remains of the second Roman villa of Sirmione. The small square it overlooks owes its name to the remains of splendid mosaics that were found under the pavement and now exhibited in the Cave Museum. The living room and kitchen open onto a small terrace overlooking the main road and from which you have a view of the castle towers, perfect for enjoying unforgettable aperitifs rocking on the swing in the light of the sunset or breakfast warming up in the rays of the sun rising between the battlements of the towers. The two rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning, Wifi, and balcony. The view over the internal courtyard guarantees a peaceful rest despite being in the beating heart of the town.
Loved and sung by Catullus and Gothe as the "Pearl of islands and peninsulas", Sirmione is a unique place for its history and beauty. Its alleys, its squares and its beaches have made thousands of people from all over the world fall in love with it. We are former company managers, Sirmione is the symbol of our history, the place that brought us together and where we returned to recharge our soul. Sirmione should not be visited but experienced. For this reason we have decided to leave our professions and dedicate ourselves to our hospitality project: sharing our love for this unique place with those who do not want to be just tourists passing through, but are willing to discover its true soul, be enchanted by its sunsets and make it your own home.
We are in the beating heart of the village, a few meters from the Castle which is the symbol of Sirmione. The best restaurants, boutiques, bars and ice cream parlors are just a few steps away. The Terme di Catullo with the prestigious SPA Aquaria is only 200 meters away. The first beach is just 250 meters away and with short walks you can reach all the other beaches (the Lido delle Bionde, the Jamaica Beach) and the Grotte di Catullo with the Archaeological Museum. In the square in front is the docking pier for the Navigazione del Garda boats which, combining the convenience and pleasure of navigation, allow you to organize daily excursions to discover all the most beautiful places on the lake. The bus stop for connections to the train stations is just outside the castle, about 200 meters away. The historic center of Sirmione is a pedestrian area, to make it easier for our guests, we have available, upon reservation, a discounted rate car park, located 250 meters before the castle (free accompaniment by shuttle).
