Delightful and welcoming apartment (80 m2) with garden and terrace, very close to Acitrezza, Capomulini and Acireale and equipped with free private parking. The modern and comfortable furnishings and the fully equipped kitchen ensure a pleasant stay. Acitrezza or Capomulini can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes where it is possible to take advantage of multiple accesses to the sea and also enjoy the delicacies of Sicilian cuisine at the numerous restaurants. Smoking is allowed outdoor (in the terrace and in the garden).

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private garden and terrace, has a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and a closet. A parking space reserved for guests is available. A sofa bed is available in the living room. Enjoy the wonderful view of the silent green hill and the singing of the birds in the comfortable deckchair on the terrace and perhaps reading a good book.
