The apartment was spacious and clean. It had all we needed for a short stay. The host Guiseppe was very welcoming and helpful, letting us know the best areas to visit. It has a great location for both walking to the main sites of interest or for using the metro. It is only a 10min walk from the main station which made it ideal for us as we were travelling on to elsewhere in Italy.

The host Giuseppe is very friendly and thoughtful. We stayed for 3 nights, he did leave us privacy but keep providing services. Every day we asked for some supplements like tissues and trash bags, the day we got back these will be prepared by the door or in the room with heads-up. And snacks/juices in shared-space are refilled everyday. The place is in an ancient building, though it’s not new, but it’s spacious and clean. The public facilities are very special like the ancient elevator and the garden. With 1-min walking to Emanuele station and 10-min walking to Termini, it’s recommended to the travelers who need to take public transportation during the stay in Rome. One little reminder, the rest room is no door, so it will be suitable for solo traveler, or with family or close friends.

Stylish room in a quite apartment. Comfortable bed and available for use coffee mashine. Cosy place with Nice snd helpful personel. The apartment is next to the park, metro and lovely bakery. The location is good as on feet you can reach all famous sightseeing places.

Common area is good enough to have breakfast (there is even free coffee, toasts, juice, etc.) and shared refrigerator and microwave works perfect. Private bathroom is good and everything works perfect, you have towels. Eventhough it was a bit cold at the room (we do not like to use a lot the AC - lees during the whole night- , Giuseppe invited us to use it without problem), Giuseppe also gave us some extra blankets.

Spacious and comfortable room with with private bathroom. Great location -15 minutes walk from the Colosseo and metro station just before the building. Giuseppe, the host, really takes care of the guests and is very helpful.

The stay was great. The best thing was the closeness to all the monuments and the old town. It only took us about 10 minutes to reach the Colosseum. Moreover, the owner is really friendly and will answer any of your questions. If your goal is to sightsee all day it is certainly a place for you!
