The structure, located in a quiet "HILLY CONTEXT", is the ideal destination for those who are looking for a relaxing stay. It is equipped with 4 panoramic terraces on the Gulf of Gaeta for a total of 250 square meters. verandas and equipped with barbecue, sunbeds, tables and chairs. It has additional water reserves, for 1500 liters for exclusive use (in addition to the normal city water supply), air conditioning, 1 parking space under the house. Out of respect for potential guests and to "AVOID / PREVENT" NEGATIVE REVIEWS regarding the "LOCATION", I specify that although the city center is close (see Google Maps for correct location - satellite coordinates: 7H4R + 3X), it is "WARM / STRONGLY RECOMMENDED "the use of a means of transport for travel
Reading the satisfaction that emerges from the words of my guests after having spent a pleasant stay at my facility is for me the greatest gift and a starting point for making and improving the service offered more and more. I inserted photos (inside and outside the structure) just to make sure that the potential guest knows what my accommodation actually offers so that they can freely choose the "location that best suits their needs" given the large number of extra hotel facilities available in area. So, to the guest who kindly wants to leave his own review, necessary to elevate the stay proposal, I only ask fairness for those who, like me, work every day to guarantee a good service. Because the final score that each property has and that the potential guest reads before booking, reflects precisely this: the commitment and attention that each manager puts when doing his job seriously because, behind that evaluation, there is much more than a number!
The structure, overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta and surrounded by the Aurunci mountains, is located in Formia which is 80 km from Naples and 120 km from Rome. A destination for those wishing to visit the Pontine islands, it is one of the oldest cities in the southern Pontine that still preserves numerous and remarkable testimonies of its past, from the Roman age to the medieval age, which continue to excite. The vast surrounding area allows the visitor to live a unique experience leaving behind the beaches of the coast to enter the Natural Park of the Aurunci Mountains becoming a privileged place for sport thanks to the temperate climate and the numerous facilities that allow a perfect union between sport, culture and relaxation
