Property information

Only 250 meters from the beach in beautiful Sirmione, you will spend a fabulous holiday in this new and elegantly furnished loft apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with a total of only 9 units and offers 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony with side lake view, which surrounds the entire apartment, another bedroom with large single bed (120 cm wide) and also access to the balcony, a nice bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. In the bright living room from which you can also step out onto the balcony, there is a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. TV with satellite, AC, wifi, use of pool and 2 sunbeds as well as parking for 1 car included. From the apartment you can reach several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The center of Colombare di Sirmione is about 700 meters away and you can walk there well in the evening to enjoy a delicious ice cream or a cocktail. The old town of Sirmione with the Scaliger Castle is reached on foot in about 35 minutes, with the shuttle also in less time. CIR CODE: 017179-CIM-00402
