Welcome to this new and newly renovated apartment in the CENTER of MONZA in FRONT OF THE STATION! The strong point of this apartment is the location, in fact you can reach: -Duomo and Museums in 5 minutes on foot -MILAN in 15 minutes -Lake Como in 30 minutes -Autodrome and Villa Monza in 15 minutes by public transport The first bedroom consists of: • King Size bed with double pillows • Wardrobe where you can store your clothes • Desk for Smart Working with free Wifi! In the living room/second bedroom you will find: • Queen Size bed with double pillows • 50 inch SMART TV with Netflix, Prime Video • Comfortable sofa that can be used for the fifth guest's accommodation on request. The kitchen remains separate from the living room and is composed of every comfort and all appliances in addition to normal cooking utensils. The bathroom with window is composed of: • All toilets, shower cubicles • Welcome kit consisting of shampoo and shower gel • Set of towels for each guest to ensure complete service. • Free use of washing machine and drying rack. • Hairdryer The condominium is one of the most famous and important in Monza and the apartment has been renovated and modernized. The apartment is equipped with both heating and air conditioning to make your stay perfect in every season of the year. Upon request it is possible to add a cot for free.
I love traveling and making my guests' stay unique!
The house is centrally located and close to the busiest pedestrian streets but despite this it remains quiet and peaceful. Near the apartment you will find everything you need: pharmacies, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias as well as a car park open 24/24. The apartment is in the city center and has a strategic position as it is far from: -1 minute walk from the station from which you can reach Milan in 15 minutes. -Duomo and Monza center 3 minutes walk -30 minutes by public transport to the Monza National Autodrome -15 minutes by public transport to the Brianteo Stadium in Monza -10 minutes by public transport to San Geraldo Hospital The surrounding area is also full of shops, bars, banks and restaurants.
