Joshua and Luca are very nice people. They are accommodating and helpful. There was an emergency that happened to me and my friend, and they assisted us well. They even contacted the emergency hotline and kept checking on us. The hotel itself is located in the old town. As soon as we arrived, Joshua and Luca presented to us things that we could do and gave their recommendations. The room is comfortable and was kept clean Their breakfast is great with smiling staff.
