Thanks to its location, the apartment is located a few steps from all services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, swimming pools and gyms. The bus stop is located under the house and the train station is a few minutes walk away. The apartment is independent, is located on the first floor of the building and is equipped with a covered parking space with access ramp and elevator. Despite its central location, it is a quiet and silent apartment.
