Hello, l understand there is a parking garage close to the hotel. My husband has some mobility issues and l wondered if there was any assistance available to transfer the luggage. Thank you.
Dear Madam, The garage near the hotel has a shuttle service that takes you easily to piazza Duomo. However the structure is immersed in the Sassi and therefore only accessible on foot (5min).
