Located in a strategic position for mountain lovers, skiing, and trekking, this apartment is carefully furnished and fully equipped. It consists of: - An entrance; - A living room with a double sofa bed (140x200) and a balcony offering a view of a beautiful larch forest; - A bedroom with a spacious double bed (180x200); - A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stovetops, and a microwave oven (not ; - A bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes an exclusive covered parking space (maximum width approximately 2 meters) and a convenient heated ski-box room, both accessible via the elevator that leads directly to the apartment. Upon request, a private storage room on the same floor, locked and equipped with an electrical outlet, is available for storing additional equipment such as bicycles, e-bikes, strollers, and more.
Located in Gressoney-La-Trinité, in the Staffal (or Stafal) area at 1860 meters above sea level in the heart of the Alps, this apartment enjoys a truly strategic position. During the winter season, you can easily reach the Monterosa Ski area lifts on foot, with your ski boots on, and return home “ski-in,” thanks to the proximity of the building to the new Moos chairlift and the namesake ski slope, located just 150 meters away. In the summer, the apartment serves as an excellent starting point for numerous trekking routes on the Monte Rosa massif, with trails beginning right next to the condominium garden.
