Excellent location less than 10 minutes from the station which is ideal for getting to Cinque Terre and other destinations . Train station is well served to get around Italy. Make sure you let them know on the day what time you will arrive at the property as I missed the message from them in the morning as we were on the train so we had to wait at the property to be let in - only about 10 minutes so it wasn’t a big problem. The lady who met us and let us in could not be more helpful. The room (8) was spacious with good facilities and very clean. La Spezia is a lovely place to stay with plenty of places to eat. If you have time Porto Venere is worth a visit by boat or bus. I think I preferred it to the Cinque Terres as it’s larger and less busy and is really picturesque.

Very convinient location, as the apartment is very close to the train station, La Spezia centrale, and to the center where are a lot of shops, cafe and restaurants. The yung lady who I met the first day is very very kind and helpfull. She gave me information about what I asked. The room was small, but clean, with many amenities. I found more than I needed, like sleapers, dental kit, coffe/tea maker, cakes... Value for money!!!

We were met outside and guided us in, so nice as we were late and a little turned around. The room was very clean and nicely taken care of. There were slippers in the bathroom and all the soap, shampoo or conditioner you could need. Small fridge too. It was quite a nice place to stay. Great restaurants close by too.

We booked last minute because of a trainstrike and the owner responded very quick to let us in. It was very close to the trainstation so very convenient for us. Everything was there, even a little cake 🙂.

Room was comfy and clean. Location was 5 minutes walk from the station. There is a mini market nearby. I also really like the bath slipper. Last but not least, the owner is very friendly and helpful :). Tip for the owner: let the guests know that they should call or text you when they’re arrived, because there is no doorbell. I was waiting there for a while till I asked someone who walked by… and then I called..
