"Ninni's Home" is a cosy independent house in the heart of Città della Pieve historical centre. Nestled between the vicoli of red bricks and the stunning view on the Valdichiana valley, the house is steps away from the Duomo church and the Perugino's paintings. Here you can live a unique experience, that of the typical Umbrian home yet with all modern amenities.

I am a lively person who travels a lot. I like flats with amenities, cleanliness and order and welcoming hosts. I am a writer and traveller, I will be always available over the phone but the property will be managed for me. Città della Pieve is a small welcoming village.

Cecilia’s place is located in Città della Pieve, Umbria, Italy. The house is perfect for those who want to live the "vicoli" experience. During summer the vicoli can be noisy because local inhabitants sit outside and chit-chat. The road is closed to the traffic, so it's very quiet in that regard. The house is very close to supermarkets, the pharmacy, a traditional ice-cream shop, police station and post-office. Nightlife is at a stone-throw, with brand new Vineria Fibonacci at 300 metres walk and all other bars and clubs in the vicinity. The restoration of the house was followed by a successful local architect about 10 years ago, and I have now refurbished it with brand new as well as recycled materials to make it a unique guesthouse. Public parking is at 5 minutes walk. From Città della Pieve, you can reach Orvieto in 30 minutes, Perugia in 40 minutes and Montepulciano and San Casciano dei Bagni (warm pools) in as much. You can explore much the Tuscan countryside - Cetona, Valdorcia, Bagni san Filippo - as the Umbrian valleys and medieval cities of Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi. Lake Trasimeno is 20 minutes drive and the seaside of Argentario is 2 hours drive.
