The accommodation is located inside the village i Fari, consists of a small outdoor garden with a comfortable shower and atrium for pleasant dinners. Entrance with lounge, and sofa bed. Fully functional kitchenette. Bathroom with bidet, walk-in shower, water heater and washing machine. A bedroom with a wolf's mouth window and a bedroom with a bunk bed for a total of 6 beds. When you enter the house you will find all the active and functioning services. Hot water is available thanks to a large water heater that can be turned off independently from the rest of the electricity network. The gas and water connections are located inside the wooden bench just outside the entrance door.
Hi, i am Francesco. By making my home available, I welcome you to one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. I wish you a happy holiday. Guests will have the opportunity to contact me during their entire stay, I am not personally available, but together with the rent I provide a package of services for renters and a trusted staff from check-in and then just in case. The characteristics of this service will be specified verbally when you first enter my home.
The apartment is in a quiet and reserved area inside the tourist village i Fari, equipped with various amenities including swimming pool, soccer fields and tennis courts, golf test field, bar and restaurant (payment services). The close distance to the Costa Corallina allows you to reach different beaches just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is located in the village of Porto San Paolo, 15 min. by car from the airport and 20 min. from the port of Olbia. The country enjoys all the amenities for a splendid beach holiday (markets and supermarkets, groceries, shops, restaurants). A short drive away you can reach the nightlife destinations of the Costa Smeralda such as San Teodoro, Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo. In the nearby Sardinian hinterland you can taste the typical flavors of the characteristic farmhouses. A 5 minute walk from the apartment you can reach the beaches of the Costa Corallina and Porto San Paolo. With the car a short distance away you can reach the beaches of Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Li Cuncheddi, La Pischera, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, La Cinta. From the port of Porto San Paolo (reachable on foot) the direct ferry Tavolara leaves
